Prof. Lu and 10 members of MME visited SDIC microalgae technology center and had a close communication with Prof. Qiang Hu and his team on 9th April. Prof. Hu nicely shared his experiences in microalgae cultivation and photobioreactor designing, and gave lots of valuable suggestions to MME. Dr. Huang, Dr. Zhu, Dr. Luo and Dr. Luan introduced the recent research progresses of MME in the studies of statins production by fungi, cyanobacterial ethylene production, cyanobacterial sucrose production and cyanobacterial ethanol production, respectively, to the scientists of SDIC microalgae.
