The 1st Chinese symposium on cyanobacteria research organized by MME was held in QIBEBT during May 12-13 2018. More than 80 scientists working on cyanobacteria in China attended this symposium. 18 speakers gave their lectures referring to photosynthesis mechanism and model, heterocysts differentiation, proteomics and metabonomics, chassis engineering, metabolic engineering and development of genetic tool of cyanobacteria. Attendees fully shared and discussed their recent progresses in cyanobacteria research.
