                    絲狀真菌合成生物技術推動重要化學品綠色生物制造

                            絲狀真菌是一類非常重要的工業微生物,在醫藥、食品、化工和農業領域都具有廣泛的應用。微生物制造工程中心聚焦重要醫藥產品生產工藝復雜低效的共性問題,通過發展合成生物技術推動多個重要產品生產工藝的綠色升級,低產到優產、多步變少步、生物催化替代化學合成、微生物發酵取代傳統植物提取,提高工業過程的經濟效益與環保效益。打通了降血脂藥物辛伐他汀的全生物合成技術路線,建立了殺線劑 F606 的微生物發酵生產線,實現了中藥大黃活性成分大黃素甲醚的微生物高效合成。多項成果與海正藥業、魯抗醫藥等國內知名企業實現技術轉讓,推動傳統生產工藝的綠色升級和新型生物農藥創制。
