                    詳細介紹:

                    研究員,博士生導師,微生物制造工程中心過程工程研究組組長。

                    中國科學院生物燃料重點實驗室副主任,海洋科學期刊副主編。研究領域為微藻生物技術,主要研究方向:

                    1)微藻種質資源工程:包括工程藻株的選育和評價、微藻油脂合成代謝機制、微藻異養改造; 2)微藻培養工程:包括微藻培養過程光碳傳輸理論、新型培養方法、光反應器理論與設計、二氧化碳利用技術、微藻規模培養工藝、培養過程模擬與強化;3)微藻應用技術:重點發展不飽和脂肪酸、多糖、色素及蛋白質的微藻生物制造技術。首次發現高產油黃絲藻,并引領絲狀工程微藻選育新方向;創立和發展了微藻生物膜貼壁培養技術, 建立微藻/釀酒酵母生產C16:1 ω-7脂肪酸技術。主持和承擔了包括863、國家科技支撐計劃、國家重點研發計劃、國家自然科學基金、中國科學院知識創新工程以及地方和企業合作項目50余項。與波音、通威集團、新奧集團、新疆慶華、山東豐嘉生物等多家國內外企業等建立了技術合作。迄今在在Chemical Engineering Journal, Biotechnology for Biofuel, Bioresource Technology, Algal Research等國內外期刊上發表論文90余篇,申請發明專利40余項,國際授權專利4項,國內授權專利26項。
